Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new look from The Pulse Boutique, but if a piece isn't quite right, we offer stress-free returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a digital gift card to your email within 5-7 business days.
